Doug Rifenburg – Founder and Executive Director

Doug is the Founder and Executive Director of Victory Sports. He is the son of legendary Buffalo sports broadcaster Dick Rifenburg. Doug has been involved in sports his entire life as a three sport athlete and as a coach. He played college football at the University of Buffalo where he received a BS Degree in Sports Management and Exercise Science. Doug has over 25 years of experience working in different areas of the sports industry. He has been married to his wife Wendy since 1999 and has a son (Dylan) and daughter (Maddie).

Doug lives in Akron and is based at our Equipment Outlet at the Eastern Hills Mall.  4545 Transit Rd, Williamsville, NY 14221
